"Rule of Law Challenges in the EU: Implications for EU Economic Law"

The Centre for European Studies joined the international conference on "Rule of Law Challenges in the EU: Implications for EU Economic Law" as partner organization within the research stream of "Jean Monnet Module on EU Business Law" (EUBLAW). The main focus of the conference is placed on the relevance and application of rule of law in the EU competition law and other areas of EU economic law. The speakers of this prestigious event include among others Eleanor Fox (New York University School of Law), Paul Nihoul (Judge, General Court of the European Union) and Christopher Vajda (Judge, Court of Justice of the European Union).
